Job Summary
We are looking for an Accountant with basic knowledge of accounting and good computer skills. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting entries, maintaining records, and supporting the accounts team in routine activities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day accounting entries in the system.
Enter purchase, sales, receipt, and payment transactions.
Maintain basic accounting records and supporting documents.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounts-related documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and basic ledger checking.
Maintain proper filing of accounts documents.
Verify bills and supporting documents before entry.
Assist the senior accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Perform data entry and update accounts records accurately.
Follow up on pending documents and provide required reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Basic understanding of debit and credit.
Knowledge of accounting entries and voucher posting.
Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good typing and data-entry skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and willingness to learn.
