Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in XL software used in the travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in XL software (travel accounting system)

• Maintain records of bookings, invoices, payments, and vendor transactions

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Manage accounts payable & receivable

• Generate invoices and track outstanding payments

• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements

• Handle GST calculations, filing, and compliance

• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and travel partners for account settlements

• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
