Job Title Accounts Assistant Job Description We are looking for a sincere, responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts & Finance Manager in handling day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, Tally/ERP software, MS Excel, GST and other routine accounting procedures. Key Responsibilities (2) Maintain and update accounting records in the accounting software of Tally ERP9. (3) Handle data entry, voucher entries, purchase, sales, bank and expense entries. (4) Assist in preparation and checking of invoices, bills and supporting documents. (5) Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper records. (8) Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related work. (6) Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable follow-up. (11) Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. (1) Assist the Accounts & Finance Manager in day-to-day accounting activities. (12) Perform other accounts and finance-related tasks assigned by the Accounts & Finance Manager. Required Skills (1) Basic knowledge of Accounting and Book-keeping. (2) Knowledge of Tally or any other Accounting/ERP software. (3) Basic knowledge of GST and TDS. (4) Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. (5) Ability to work accurately and maintain proper records. (6) Good communication and coordination skills. (7) Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of the Accounts & Finance Manager. Experience Required 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts / Finance preferred.
