Accountant/office administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, payment follow-ups, and record management. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, invoicing, ledger reconciliation, GST, TDS, and basic payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily accounting entries in Tally.
Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
Perform ledger reconciliation and account verification.
Prepare and manage invoices, challans, and E-way bills.
Process and track vendor and customer payments.
Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
Maintain salary calculations and attendance records.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all bills and financial records.
Maintain records related to GST and TDS.
Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Office.
Support management with day-to-day accounting activities.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally
Knowledge of GST and TDS
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of invoicing and billing procedures
Understanding of E-way bills and accounting processes
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Good documentation and record-keeping ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
