We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant who can independently manage complete accounting operations, statutory compliances, GST, TDS, and multiple company accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and be capable of handling end-to-end financial activities with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle day-to-day accounting operations.

- Manage multiple company accounts and maintain accurate books of accounts.

- Record Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Contra, and Journal Entries.

- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and Ledger Reconciliations.

- Prepare GST workings and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & other applicable returns).

- Handle GST Annual Return (GSTR-9) finalization and related documentation.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts finalization.

- Prepare TDS calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance reports.

- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA), Auditors, and Government Authorities.

- Prepare MIS Reports, Financial Statements, and Management Reports.

- Maintain vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and accounting records systematically.

- Ensure timely completion of all accounting and statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP and MS Excel.

- Sound knowledge of GST Compliance, GST Return Filing & GSTR-9 Finalization.

- Working knowledge of TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

- Ability to independently manage multiple company accounts.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
