Job Description: Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Gurgaon. If you have a solid grasp of accounting principles and at least one year of experience, we’d love to meet you.

Job Overview

* Role: Accountant

* Experience: Minimum 1 Year

* Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

* Job Location: Sector 50, Gurgaon

* Working Days: 6 Days a week

* Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

* Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate day-to-day financial records and ledgers.

* Compliance: Managing GST filing, TDS deductions, and ensuring timely statutory compliance.

* Invoicing: Processing accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and client invoicing.

* Reporting: Preparing monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and expense reports.

* Documentation: Maintaining organized physical and digital files for audits and tax purposes.

* Software: Proficient use of Tally Prime, ERP software, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

* Experience: At least 1 year of core accounting experience.

* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Office.

* Soft Skills: Good communication skills and a high level of integrity.
