Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, process transactions, and ensure accurate and timely accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, good analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements, as applicable.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Assist with audits and provide required financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
