Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and assist with financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting: Maintain and update daily transactions, general ledgers, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).

• Invoicing & Billing: Raise sales invoices, process vendor bills, track overdue payments, and perform follow-ups for collections.

• Reconciliation: Conduct routine bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

• Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly tax returns (GST, TDS, or local statutory compliance as applicable).

• Payroll & Expenses: Process employee expense reimbursements and assist with monthly payroll preparation.

• Financial Reporting: Help prepare trial balances, monthly balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or financial operations.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Key Traits: Strong numerical aptitude, high attention to detail, and sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
