We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Accounts Executive who can handle day-to-day accounting entries, maintain records, support GST/TDS compliance, and assist the senior accounts team in monthly and annual closing work.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting entries in Tally/Zoho/Busy or other accounting software.
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Handle bank entries and basic bank reconciliation.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Assist in GST data preparation and return filing support.
Assist in TDS working and payment support.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Follow up for pending bills, payments, and documents.
Support monthly MIS, ledger scrutiny, and basic reports.
Coordinate with clients/vendors/internal team for accounting documents.
Assist in year-end accounting, audit documentation, and compliance work.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho/Busy/MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Good data entry accuracy.
Ability to maintain records properly.
Basic communication skills.
Willingness to learn and work under guidance.
