Documentation
Prepare reports, agreements, and service documents
Maintain client database and payment records
Ensure proper filing of financial documents
Coordination
Work with internal teams like HR, Payroll, and Finance
Track project/service status for clients
Ensure smooth service delivery
Payment Collection
Follow up for outstanding payments
Monitor receivables and due dates
Share payment reminders professionally
