About the Role Sylon Techno Solutions is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with billing, entries and documentation. Key Responsibilities • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally. • Handle purchase, sales, receipts and payment entries. • Prepare invoices and maintain billing records. • Maintain and update financial data using MS Excel. • Assist with bank reconciliation and routine bookkeeping. • Maintain records of expenses, payments, receipts and supporting documents. • Assist with GST-related documentation and basic accounting compliance. • Coordinate with the senior accountant and internal teams for accounting requirements. • Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and updated on time. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting. • Strong working knowledge of Tally – mandatory. • Good proficiency in MS Excel – mandatory. • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. • Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing. • Good attention to detail, accuracy and numerical ability. • Good communication and organisational skills. • B.Com / Commerce background preferred.
