About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong expertise in Tally, Busy, and GST compliance to handle end-to-end accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage complete accounting in Tally / Busy

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank, ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations

2. GST & Taxation

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with GST regulations and documentation

• Handle TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliations

3. Financial Management

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Monitor expenses, cost control, and profitability

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning

4. Compliance & Audit

• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, and other regulations)

• Handle internal and external audits

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

5. Vendor & Payment Management

• Oversee vendor payments and reconciliations

• Manage outstanding receivables and payables

• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and clients

6. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis

• Provide insights for management decision-making

Key RequirementsEducation

• B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)

Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in accounting

• Strong hands-on experience in Tally, Busy, and GST compliance

Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Proficiency in Tally, Busy, and MS Excel

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle end-to-end accounts independently
