Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our company's daily accounting operations, financial records, billing, and taxation-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.

• Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.

• Handle GST billing, GST returns, and TDS-related work.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial records.

• Prepare invoices, payment reports, and financial statements.

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

• Handle inventory and stock-related accounting.

• Coordinate with CA for taxation and compliance.

• Prepare monthly financial reports using Tally and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
