Accountant

Requirement for Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently while leading accounting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

· Prepare and review financial statements, monthly/quarterly closing reports, and MIS reports.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and company policies.

· Handle tax planning, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

· Support audits (internal, statutory, stock and tax) by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.

· Support in Import and other related documents.

· Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

· Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial decision-making.

· Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems to increase efficiency.

· Supervise and guide junior accounting staff (if applicable).

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

· Proven experience (2–6 years) in accounting and financial management.

· Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

· Proficiency in Tally, ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

· High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Import knowledge will be preferred
