The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Processing vendor payments and monitoring customer collections.
Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining cash and bank records.
Assisting with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Maintaining petty cash and expense records.
Preparing financial reports, statements, and MIS reports as required.
Maintaining proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Coordinating with internal departments regarding payment and account-related matters.
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.
Supporting internal and external audits.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Performing any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Maintaining accurate financial records for real estate transactions.
Experience on real estate financials would be preferred.
