We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial records and accounting operations of our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and transactions.
Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing.
Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Generate financial reports and MIS reports.
Maintain records of property transactions and client payments.
Assist in payroll processing and expense management.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
3-4 years of accounting experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
