Job description :-
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts. Prepare and record sales and purchase invoices. Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliation. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. Follow up and maintain records of outstanding customer payments. Process vendor payments and maintain payment records. Perform bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions. Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related activities. Prepare and maintain GST-related data and documents. Verify invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit notes and supporting documents. Maintain proper records of expenses, receipts and payments. Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, customers and vendors when required. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and supporting documents. Handle other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.
Experience :- min 3 to 5 years
Salary :- Upto 30k
