Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Vehicle Tracking
Accurate tracking of all outbound vehicles leaving the warehouse or plant.
Contact transporters and drivers to get information about the current location of the vehicle (Live Location).
Monitoring whether deliveries are being completed on time (TAT Management).
2. POD Management & Scanning
Collecting signed Proof of Delivery (POD) upon receipt of goods from customers.
Verify all PODs received to ensure that they are clearly signed, stamped and dated by the customer.
Scan and securely upload all accurate POD systems .
Continuous follow-up of pending or lost PODs with transporters.
3. Record Maintenance (Maintaining Records)
Creating a seamless and secure record of all hard copy and soft copy PODs.
Maintaining a system where old records are readily available for future audits or payment clearance.
4. MIS Reporting (MIS & Reporting)
Preparing Logistics MIS Report on daily, weekly and monthly basis .
Submitting pending POD (Pending POD Report) and vehicle tracking data to the management team.
Preparing a report on delays during transportation (Delay Analysis).
