Core Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Tally Management: Manage daily entries (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers) in Tally. [1, 2]
GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Reconcile purchase and sales data with the GST portal and track Input Tax Credit (ITC). [1, 2]
Reconciliation: Perform regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with vendors and clients. [1]
Taxation (TDS & Payroll): Calculate and file TDS returns, and process statutory deductions like EPF/ESIC and monthly payroll. [1, 2]
