Spacify Decor is a growing leader in the modern flooring industry, specializing in high-quality SPC Flooring, Carpet Tiles, and innovative interior solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering premium products to our wholesale and retail partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant to join our team and streamline our financial operations.

The Role

As an Accountant at Spacify Decor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining accurate records of our inventory and sales. You will work closely with management to provide financial clarity that supports our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Billing & Invoicing: Utilize digital billing platforms to generate accurate GST-compliant invoices for wholesale and retail orders.

• Inventory Tracking: Maintain real-time records of flooring stock levels and procurement costs.

• Compliance: Prepare data for GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.

• Software Expertise (Required):

  • Hands-on experience with billing apps such as Vyapar, MyBillBook, or Mswipe.

• Software Expertise (Plus): • Experience with Odoo ERP is a significant advantage.

• Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Word.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the distribution, construction, or home decor industry.

Soft Skills

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
