We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records as required.
Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
