Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and coordinating with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime and be adaptable to a fast-growing work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and timely settlements.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny to identify discrepancies.

• Maintain and update financial records and documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve payment issues and follow up on outstanding balances.

• Generate and maintain invoices, bills, and financial reports.

• Work on Tally Prime software for day-to-day accounting operations.

• Support audits by providing required financial data and documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime

• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and taxation

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic and growing work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar accounting role

• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic financial reporting
