We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Shivam Induscorp Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Requirements:

1. Financial Accounting

· Manage end-to-end accounting operations.

· Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Ledger scrutiny, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account reconciliation.

· Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).

· Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.

2. GST, TDS & Taxation

· Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return & Reconciliation).

· Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely statutory deductions.

· Handle Income Tax-related documentation and compliance.

· Reconcile GST, TDS, and tax records with government portals.

· Ensure complete compliance with statutory regulations.

3. Audit

· Independently handle Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audit, and Tax Audit.

· Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Government Authorities.

· Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

· Resolve audit observations and ensure timely compliance.

4. Financial Reporting & MIS

· Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.

· Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.

· Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting.

· Present financial reports to management.

5. Budgeting & Financial Planning

· Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting.

· Monitor budget utilization and cost control.

· Prepare cash flow statements and working capital reports.

· Analyze business profitability and expenses.

6. Banking & Treasury

· Handle all banking transactions and documentation.

· Bank reconciliation and fund management.

· Coordinate with banks regarding loans, limits, and financial facilities.

· Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity.

7. Statutory Compliance

· Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC (where applicable), and other statutory requirements.

· Maintain statutory records and documentation.

· Coordinate with consultants for legal and financial compliance.

8. ERP / Tally & Excel

· Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime.

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF Functions, MIS Reports, Data Analysis).

· Generate financial reports from ERP/Tally.

9. Team Coordination

· Guide junior accountants and review accounting entries.

· Coordinate with different departments for financial information.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting processes.
