We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at Shine Hr Solutions. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹22000 - ₹26000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and vendor statements.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
