Seth Sons is a growing business dealing in raw materials used for manufacturing Photo Albums & Photo Books. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team.

💼 Position: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping

• Maintain sales, purchase, expenses, receivables and payables

• Manage and maintain accounts in Tally/Accounting Software

• Prepare and maintain GST-related records and invoices

• Reconciliation of bank, customer and supplier accounts

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records

• Prepare regular reports and MIS as required

• Handle Excel for data management, reporting and analysis

• Operate and manage IndiaMART enquiries, leads and customer communication

• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding orders, payments and accounts

• Assist management in maintaining accurate financial information

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Accounting Concepts

• Strong practical knowledge of Tally and GST

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

• Should be comfortable working with large amounts of data

• Knowledge/experience of IndiaMART is preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Must be responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Prior experience in trading/manufacturing businesses will be an advantage
