Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and record maintenance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Monitor expenses and ensure proper record keeping.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors regarding financial matters.

• Assist during audits and provide required financial information.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and bookkeeping.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance.

• Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BBM, or equivalent preferred).

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
