Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, banking, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

• Handle Tally entries and maintain accounting records.

• Prepare sales and purchase invoices and billing documents.

• Handle e-Invoicing and e-Way Bills.

• Maintain and update revenue sheets and financial reports.

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Handle banking transactions and documentation.

• Perform Bank Reconciliation and assist in bank finalization.

• Maintain cash, petty cash, and expense records.

• Assist with GST, taxation, and tax-related documentation.

• Prepare MIS and accounting reports using MS Excel.

• Support monthly and yearly account closing activities.

• Ensure proper maintenance and filing of financial records.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance / Accounting or related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.

• Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

• Practical knowledge of GST, taxation, billing, banking, and bookkeeping.

• Good communication and numerical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who can independently manage day-to-day accounts, billing, revenue tracking, banking, taxation, bookkeeping, and financial reconciliation will be preferred.
