We are looking for an Accountant to join our team at SBC Exports Ltd. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in the accounting system.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments, outstanding balances, and account-related queries.
Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding amounts.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and information.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
Assist senior management/finance team with accounting analysis and other assigned tasks.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
