We are looking for an Executive to join our team at ICSI. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Prepare and analyze financial statements such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Prepare tax returns and assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Monitor company expenses and help in budget preparation and cost control.
Maintain financial data in accounting software and generate financial reports.
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is MBA(Finance) and 1 year to 2 years.
