Sanghavi Enterprises is a specialty MedTech distribution company headquartered in Goregaon West, Mumbai. We distribute surgical implants and devices in the ophthalmology and neurosurgery segments, working with hospitals, nursing homes and surgeons across India. We are now expanding into South Gujarat with a branch office in Surat.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant for our Surat branch to support day-to-day billing and accounting on Tally. This is an office-based role focused on accurate, timely billing and record-keeping, working closely with the branch team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase entries and billing on Tally

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries — receipts, payments, credit/debit notes

• Support GST-related documentation such as invoices and e-way bills under guidance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and vendor transactions

• Assist with basic reconciliation of accounts and follow-up on billing queries

• Coordinate with the branch team for smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in billing on Tally (Mandatory); PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF NO TALLY EXPERIENCE

• Working knowledge of GST-related billing documentation

• Basic proficiency in Excel

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working English

• Polite, patient and comfortable interacting with customers and colleagues over calls and in person
