Account Executive – Roles & Responsibilities :
1.Prepare and maintain sales invoices and purchase invoices.
2.Generate and process e-invoices in compliance with GST regulations.
3.Prepare debit notes and credit notes as required.
4.Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate account balances.
4.Carry out bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5.Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
6.knowledge of GST and TDS, including calculation, accounting, and compliance.
7.Prepare and verify accounting vouchers and supporting documents.
8.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
9.Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
10.Generate financial reports and assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
11.Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
12.Proficient in Tally ERP/TallyPrime for accounting, invoicing, reporting, and ledger management.
13.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
