Saatvik Infra is a construction equipment rental company providing heavy machinery for Dam, Hydro, and Road projects across India. Our South Delhi office serves as the back-end hub, providing accounting and administrative support for our pan-India project operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team on a long-term basis and support our day-to-day financial operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to manage accounting entries, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for the organization. This is a great opportunity for CA interns, pursuing/discontinued CA candidates, or commerce postgraduates looking to build a strong foundation in practical accounting within a growing, Pan-India business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledgers in Tally

• Prepare and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Track expenses, vendor payments, and statutory dues (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Support payroll-related accounting entries and worker salary reconciliations

• Prepare MIS reports and Excel-based financial summaries for management

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, or similar) to streamline routine tasks like data entry checks, report drafting, and reconciliations

• Coordinate with the office team and external CA/auditor as required

• Ensure timely filing and documentation for compliance purposes

Candidate Requirements

• Education: CA Inter / Pursuing CA / Discontinued CA candidates, or MBA (Finance) / M.Com graduates

• Experience: Prior experience working under a practicing CA or in an accounting firm preferred

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting)

  • Hands-on experience with Tally (ERP/Prime)

  • Comfortable using basic AI tools for everyday productivity (drafting, reconciliation checks, data organization)

• Other Skills:

  • Good understanding of core accounting principles

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
