The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Job Description

Position: Mid-Level Position

Location: Gr. Noida

Key Responsibilities:

§  Liaisoning with PSUs, NBFCs, and Private Banks: Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector Units, Non-Banking Financial Companies, and Private Banks for smooth operations and effective collaboration.

§  Fund Raising: Identify and secure funding opportunities to meet the organization’s financial requirements through various channels.

§  Costing: Analyze and manage costs to enhance profitability and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

§  Management Information System (MIS): Develop, maintain, and analyze financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.

§  Balance Sheet Management: Oversee the preparation, analysis, and accuracy of the organization’s balance sheet, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

§  Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audits, and implement recommended improvements.

§  Budgeting: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to align with the strategic goals of the organization.

§  Collection Management: Ensure timely collections and manage receivables to maintain cash flow and reduce credit risk.

§  Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on financial transactions, fund disbursements, and other critical financial activities.

§  Working Capital Management: Optimize working capital to ensure the organization meets its operational needs effectively.

Qualifications: B.com

Experience: 3-8 Yrs

Skills:

§  Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills

§  Excellent communication and relationship management skills

§  Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
