📋 Job Title: Junior Accountant (Female)

📍 Location: Surajpur Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant (Female) to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and familiar with basic accounting processes and software.

📌 Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain daily accounting records such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
✅ Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
✅ Record transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, etc.).
✅ Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense reports.
✅ Assist with GST filings, TDS compliance, and statutory documentation.
✅ Prepare basic financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
✅ Maintain ledgers and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / Commerce / Accounting) or equivalent.
✔ 1–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with good basics may also be considered).
✔ Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
✔ Basic understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance and financial concepts.
✔ Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
