An Accounts Executive oversees an organization's financial health by managing daily accounting transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Core Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain accurate general ledgers and process daily financial entries.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments, raise client invoices, and track incoming payments.
Reconciliation: Perform daily or monthly bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Financial Reporting: Assist management with month-end/year-end closings and generate MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Audit Support: Provide documentation and assist internal/external auditors.
Key Skills & Requirements
Technical Software: Proficiency in ERP systems like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks, alongside advanced MS Excel skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to spot discrepancies, analyze data, and solve problems.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for handling vendor queries and client follow-ups.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
