Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee and manage the company’s financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a thorough understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or variances

• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems

• Good understanding of Indian taxation and compliance requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate must be graduated b.com or belongs to commerce background

• Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
