We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Female Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, invoice processing, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and accounting software.
The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial documentation, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports
Manage GST filing, TDS entries, and bank reconciliations
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements
Required Skills
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Experience in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Candidate Profile
Female candidates preferred
Prior experience in accounts or finance department
Good understanding of accounting procedures and compliance
