Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts/Billing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for billing operations, invoice preparation, GST compliance, accounting entries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, and other billing documents.

• Handle GST billing, including CGST, SGST, and IGST.

• Manage e-invoices and e-way bills as applicable.

• Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.

• Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.

• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts.

• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, stores, and dispatch departments.

• Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other accounting-related activities.

• Maintain proper documentation and support month-end closing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and billing, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Good knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting procedures.
