Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Purchase Executive to support day-to-day accounting and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, vendor payment processing, purchase management, and accounting software such as ACC.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain purchase records and documentation.
Prepare and process purchase orders.
Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Process vendor invoices and payment requests.
Assist in vendor payment tracking and reconciliation.
Update accounting entries in ACC Software.
Maintain accounts payable records and supporting documents.
Verify bills, invoices, and purchase-related documents.
Support monthly account reconciliations and reporting.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting concepts.
Knowledge of vendor payment processes.
Understanding of purchase and procurement activities.
Familiarity with ACC Accounting Software.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
