🌟 LADY ACCOUNTANT – ACCOUNTS & FINANCE

🎯 JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Female Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle documentation and support routine Accounts & Finance operations.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

• Handle purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills and supporting documents.

• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Perform bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.

• Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.

• Maintain proper filing of accounts and financial documents.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments for accounts-related matters.

• Assist in preparing routine reports and statements for management.

• Handle routine accounts-related correspondence.

• Support senior management / senior accountant in other accounting activities as required.

🎓 QUALIFICATION

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.

• Candidates with relevant accounting qualifications and practical experience may also be considered.

💼 EXPERIENCE

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts / Finance preferred.

• Experience in a manufacturing / industrial company will be an advantage.

• Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and suitable practical exposure may also be considered.

💻 REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime – Mandatory

• MS Excel – Good working knowledge

• Basic knowledge of GST and accounting procedures

• Knowledge of invoicing, ledger maintenance and bank reconciliation.

• Good understanding of Debit / Credit and basic accounting principles.

👩 CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Female candidates preferred.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Accurate and detail-oriented approach.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible and organized in handling financial records.

• Should be sincere, stable and willing to work from Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara.
