We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts & MIS Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and business MIS. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with accounting software, Excel, and generating reports that help management make informed business decisions. ACCOUNTS Record day-to-day accounting transactions. Manage Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections). Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments). Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Process invoices, debit notes, and credit notes. Maintain accurate books of accounts. Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing. Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers. Verify employee reimbursements and petty cash. Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
Data & Process Management Maintain accurate master data across systems. Improve reporting formats and automate repetitive reports. Ensure data accuracy across ERP, accounting software, and Excel reports. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Ecommerce teams for data collection. Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Charts, Power Query preferred). Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software. Good analytical and numerical ability. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Referred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance. 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and MIS. Experience in FMCG, D2C, Ecommerce, or Manufacturing will be preferred. Knowledge of GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of accounting entries. Timely preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Bank reconciliation completed on time. Collection follow-up and reduction in outstanding receivables. Accuracy of inventory and financial reports. Compliance with statutory deadlines. Timely closure of monthly accounts. Process improvements and reporting automation.
