Job Summary
Pholus Globos Facility Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, payroll, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, bookkeeping, and accounting software. Experience in the construction, MEP, electrical, or facility management industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and books of accounts.
Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, debit notes, and credit notes.
Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, GST registration, amendments, and filing.
Prepare and file TDS returns and ensure statutory compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
Process payroll, statutory deductions, and employee reimbursements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, Chartered Accountants, and consultants during audits and financial reviews.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, and payroll processing.
Hands-on experience with GST return filing and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
3–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in construction, MEP, electrical, engineering, or facility management industries is preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in GST registration, return filing, reconciliations, notices, amendments, and compliance through the GST portal.
Ability to coordinate effectively with Chartered Accountants (CAs), GST consultants, auditors, banks, and the relevant government authorities for timely completion of statutory and compliance-related activities.
Strong professional network with CAs, tax consultants, and financial professionals will be an added advantage.
