Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally/ERP.

• Record daily transactions – sales, purchase, receipts, payments.

• Bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

• Maintain cash book, ledger, and journal entries.

GST & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation).

• GST input credit reconciliation.

• TDS workings and filing returns (24Q, 26Q).

• Support in audits (Statutory, GST, Internal).

Invoicing & Receivables/Payables

• Generate sales invoices.

• Follow up for customer payments.

• Vendor reconciliation.

• Ageing analysis for debtors and creditors.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in preparation of:

  • Trial Balance

  • Profit & Loss

  • Balance Sheet

• Monthly MIS reports.

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Tally/Busy/Zoho Books/SAP.

• Strong understanding of GST and TDS.

• MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).

• Basic knowledge of Income Tax.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Accounts Executive required with 2+ years experience in Tally, GST returns, TDS, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and MIS. Candidate should be B.Com/M.Com with good Excel skills.
