Job Description – Account Executive

Company: Parmar Digital & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: MIG-B99, C-Sector, Vidya Nagar, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal – 462026

Position: Account Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Age: 18 – 26 Years
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA

Tally (Accounting Software)
TDS & GST Compliance
Journal Entry Posting
Ledger Maintenance
Billing / Invoice Creation
Basic Accounting & Documentation
MS Excel & Office Tools
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally.
Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate ledgers.
Create bills, invoices and manage client billing records.
Handle GST and TDS related data, returns support and documentation.
Reconcile accounts and verify vouchers and supporting documents.
Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients and consultants for financial records.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper filing and digital records of accounts and tax documents.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Basic understanding of accounting standards and taxation.
Good learning attitude and ability to work under deadlines.
Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
