Cost Accounting
Calculate and analyze product costing, raw material cost, and production expenses.
Maintain standard costing and variance analysis for manufacturing processes.
Inventory Management
Monitor raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
Reconcile physical stock with accounting records.
Production Accounting
Record production entries and consumption of materials.
Coordinate with production and store departments for accurate data.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly manufacturing cost reports and MIS reports.
Assist in budget preparation and cost control analysis.
ERP / Accounting System
Maintain accounting records in ERP / Tally / SAP systems.
Ensure proper documentation of GRN, purchase entries, and production entries.
Audit & Compliance
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
Coordination
Work closely with production, purchase, and store departments to track manufacturing costs.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Cost Accounting & Manufacturing Accounting
Experience with ERP / SAP / Tally
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Understanding of inventory and production processes
Good analytical and reporting abilities
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter (Preferred)
Experience:
2 – 6 years of experience in manufacturing accounts or cost accounting
