Job Title: Inventory Executive/ Data Entry Executive -1 No.

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage and maintain our stock of jewelry and accessories. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory accuracy, support daily stock operations, and coordinate with sales and purchase teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

• Update inventory systems (manual and digital) regularly.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock checks.

• Monitor stock levels and notify relevant teams for reordering.

• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of all jewelry items.

• Coordinate with showroom staff and sales team on stock availability.

• Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately.

• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation with finance teams.

• Maintain cleanliness and security of inventory storage areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.

• Prior experience in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in jewelry or retail.

• Familiarity with inventory management software (ERP, Excel, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of jewelry types and categorization is a plus.

• Honest, reliable, and disciplined work ethic.

Salary Package: CTC for Annual of Rs. 2,80,000 – 3,80,000 (0-5 years Exp.)
