Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and will assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and sending customer invoices.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.

• Assist in maintaining Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable records.

• Support bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Maintain accounting documents and records in an organized manner.

• Prepare basic reports in Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related queries.

• Perform data entry and administrative accounting tasks asassigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or any accounting software is a plus.

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and invoicing.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
