Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

LA Mansion is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime and Busy Accounting Software, along with a strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and books of accounts.

• Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory reports.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.

• Generate invoices and manage customer/vendor ledgers.

• Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime.

• Strong knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification.

• 1–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
