Job Summary

Rajwada Group is looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant who has practical knowledge of Tally/BUSY software, billing, and day-to-day accounting work. The candidate should be comfortable handling invoices, maintaining records, and managing routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial entries.

• Prepare and issue sales bills, purchase bills, invoices, and other documents.

• Must have working knowledge of Tally and/or BUSY accounting software.

• Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and expense records.

• Enter and maintain accounting data accurately.

• Verify bills, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Maintain proper records of transactions and outstanding payments.

• Assist in bank reconciliation and basic accounting activities.

• Coordinate with management and other departments regarding billing and accounts.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

• Good working knowledge of Tally/BUSY is required.

• Must know billing and invoice preparation.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Good computer and MS Excel skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Candidates with experience in banquet/hospitality or similar businesses will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
