Job Description – Accountant
Company: MVR Technology
Location: Vinjanampadu, Guntur
Position: Accountant
Required Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com or any degree with an Accounts background
Practical experience in Tally ERP 9 or Tally ERP 7 is mandatory
Previous accounting experience is required
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting transactions in Tally
Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
Prepare invoices, vouchers and supporting documents
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
Maintain petty cash and daily cash records
Assist with GST, TDS and statutory documentation
Verify vendor bills and employee expense claims
Prepare monthly financial and management reports
Support payroll-related accounting activities
Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
Coordinate with management, vendors, banks and auditors
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP 9/ERP 7
Understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS
Accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
Good communication and documentation skills
Ability to maintain confidential financial information
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates without an Accounts qualification/background and practical Tally ERP experience will not be considered.
